1. Data Collection & Telemetry
SSM AI is a highly secure institutional platform. We collect extremely limited personal data. We strictly log authentication vectors (Operator IDs, IP addresses, JWT tokens, and execution timestamps) exclusively for security, auditing, and quantitative analysis purposes.
2. Cryptographic Storage
All Operator credentials and execution logs are stored using enterprise-grade cryptographic standards (PostgreSQL with Row Level Security on Supabase). We do not store plaintext passwords. Session tokens are managed securely and expire in accordance with institutional security policies.
3. Third-Party Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your operational data to third parties. Data may be securely transmitted to our necessary infrastructure partners (e.g., Vercel, Supabase) strictly for hosting and processing purposes. Market data integrations (e.g., TradingView) run entirely client-side, and no proprietary execution data is transmitted to charting providers.
4. Compliance with Indian Data Protection Laws
SSM AI is committed to complying with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and all applicable data protection regulations in India. We process personal data only for lawful purposes directly related to the functioning of our platform. Users have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data by contacting our support team.
5. Data Retention
We retain operational data (trade logs, execution history, and analytical telemetry) for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter for auditing and compliance purposes. Authentication logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to regulatory retention requirements.
6. Cookies & Session Management
SSM AI uses essential HTTP-only cookies solely for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required as we only use strictly necessary cookies as defined under applicable regulations.
