Terms of Service

1. Institutional Access Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SSM AI quantitative execution platform, APIs, and associated services (collectively, the "Services") provided by SSM AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Services, you confirm that you are a registered community user and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Execution & Liability

SSM AI operates as an autonomous algorithmic execution environment. We provide predictive modeling and automated order routing. However, you acknowledge that financial markets are inherently volatile. SSM AI shall not be held liable for any financial losses, slippage, execution latency, or system failures. All executions are final and performed at your own institutional risk.

3. Enterprise & Infrastructure Partners

SSM AI maintains strict operational boundaries by utilizing industry-leading Tier-1 enterprise infrastructure providers. Our core technology stack relies on the following integrations:

  • Google Gemini: Provides the core algorithmic modeling and autonomous intelligence engine.
  • Supabase: Handles enterprise-grade PostgreSQL databases and strict cryptographic authentication.
  • MetaQuotes (MT5): Facilitates the direct market execution routing and broker integrations.
  • Vercel: Powers our global edge network infrastructure and secure web hosting.
  • TradingView: Advanced charting capabilities are intended to be powered by TradingView. TradingView serves only as a visualization interface and does not provide our market data. By utilizing these charts, you agree to TradingView's separate Terms of Use. SSM AI claims no ownership over TradingView's intellectual property.

5. No Commercial Use of Charting Content

The charting and visualization interfaces integrated within the Services are provided solely for the authorized institutional operator's internal review and analysis. You are strictly prohibited from redistributing, broadcasting, copying, or otherwise utilizing the charting content, data feeds, or visualization features for any commercial purposes, third-party distribution, or public display without acquiring the necessary independent licenses from the respective providers.

6. Access Revocation

We reserve the right to instantly terminate or suspend your account ID, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or attempt to reverse-engineer our algorithmic models.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of SSM AI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.

Regulatory Compliance

SSM AI is a public educational tracking tool and does not operate as a registered broker, dealer, or investment advisor under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other financial regulatory authority. The platform is designed for educational use by registered users only. Users acknowledge that algorithmic trading carries significant risk and that SSM AI does not guarantee any financial returns.
